Thai yoga massage retreat advanced – Stretchings & yoga asanas

Here we are ready to start again after this long period of pause and reflection for everyone. We will gather in the BeWater Home Retreat center for a long training course which we have entitled “After social distancing, spiritual reapprochement”.

It will be divided into 2 modules for those who want to discover, explore or deepen the practice of Thai massage, can participate in 1 module or both.

THE MODULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
– Thai yoga massage basic retreat part 1 – from July 7th till 12th

– Thai yoga retreat advanced – Stretching & Yoga asanas – from July 13th till 18yh

ADVANCED THAI MASSAGE RETREAT – STRETCHING & YOGA ASANAS

The retreat will take place from 13 to 18 July at the Bewater Home center in Via Torre Bruna 5, Aprilia province of Latina.
it is open to all students who have participated in a basic training of Thai yoga massage with Ivan Medici or Valerio Calisse or even with other schools.
it is particularly useful for Yoga teachers for asana correction techniques, for touch awareness and for an even deeper understanding of asanas, but also for Yoga practitioners, to work passively on asanas, and increase ability to let go, to surrender to stretching instead of pushing and contracting, for therapists to have a deep understanding of the benefits of the techniques also experimenting them actively, and for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of stretching and lengthening and of a more flexible.

(for those who cannot arrive on the evening of 31st, you can join the group on the morning of 1st August before 9.00 am for registration and start the Thai massage lessons for 10 am)

15.30 – 16.00 final circle and greetings.

for a total of 30 hours attested as hours of participation in the advanced training – Stretches and Yoga asanas
The course will be provided with all the theoretical and practical material related to the course.
The practice is performed on the ground on a comfortable mattress. The recipient will wear comfortable clothes, light and wide enough to allow a comfortable mobility of the limbs and the free flow of energy.

CERTIFICATE
Certified by the Thai Yoga Massage School “Thai Massage Art” (www.ivanthaimassage.com ) and the school BeWater Home ( https://www.facebook.com/BeWaterHomeThaiYoga )in association with the international school “Sunshine Network” (www.asokananda.com) and at the end of the course will be released the certificate of participation.

For those who pay the deposit by June 25th 2021 will have a discount of 50 € on the total price

– for registration an advance payment of 200 euros is required to be paid in the name of Ivan Medici on the current account CREDEM bank.
The deposit is refundable only if the course is canceled, or if the student notifies his / her inability to participate in the course 20 days before the start.
If the cancellation to the course takes place after the expiration, the deposit can be used for other courses with Ivan Medici or Valerio Calisse within a year.

My first experience of Thai massage was in Thailand in 2000, while I was on an adventure trip. I was inspired to receive the first treatment of my life that turned out to be a turning point and the beginning of an even bigger adventure.
At this time a seed was planted that has increasingly become a passion driven by the heart. Because I felt so many benefits – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – I decided to dedicate most of my life to learning this ancient art of healing, and finally I felt particularly motivated to share this gift of conscious touch.
During the last 15 years I have had the opportunity to travel to many places, to learn from various experienced teachers who have allowed me to see, hear and develop many different perspectives of practice.
I had the opportunity to learn both with great Thai masters like Jack Chaya, Yan, Ajarn Sinchai and Ajarn Pichet, and with Western teachers, experimenting with the different approaches of static and dynamic work and Osteothai – a combination of Osteopathy and Thai massage
One of the most profound aspects was to get in touch with the sacredness of the practice understood as two bodies that communicate from soul to soul. This, as well as the aspects of yoga and meditation as basic principles, make Thai massage such a powerful path for me. This eventually led me to start sharing this knowledge and undertake the teaching training course with the Sunshine Network school. (Www.asokananda.com)
Since 2013 they are teachers authorized by the “Sunshine Network” school and by the Italian Traditional Thai Massage Federation.

I’ve start with music since 5 years old, and from the small piano in my parents house I’ve land to big stages with artist like Pavarotti, Bocelli, Elton John….
Writing songs before being able to talk…
Then the ethnomusicology experience in Nepal, with Shamans, Buddhist monks, Hindu Sadhu, Yogi…. And I realize that something had been always planted on me….
I kept looking for it in the music business, but then I found the Thai Massage and Acro yoga world, and I find also the music in this world.
I’ve start my path with Kundalini Yoga in the 1998, and now I get inspiration from the Ashtanga, and I’m creating my personal style putting together the Ashtanga with my Calishtenic practice.
I met the Thai Massage in the Sunshine network with Till, Takis, Laurino and David Lutt, and I’m still studying, practicing, teacing and assisting.
I’m around the world wherever there is a Sanga, teaching Thai Massage in the Sunshine Network in Thailand and in Greece, teaching Meditation, Kung Fu, enjoying Acro yoga, and playing music till everyone had enough of singing, and dancing…
